Montana: Changes to Insurance Statutes - 2007
As part of their 24-hour biennial continuing education requirement, Montana insurance producers must complete at least one hour of study on legislative changes to Montana insurance statutes – changes made by the Montana legislature to Montana insurance laws. This course is approved for this purpose and surveys the changes made by the 2007 Sessions of the state legislature that affect life/health and property/casualty insurance. The course covers:
